Drones in Real Estate

Since I already have listings with property views using drones through Synergy Marketing Consultants, it was interesting to see this article: Drones in Real Estate: Soon, But Not Yet.

There's a lot of work to be done, figuring out how drones can be used effectively and safely in real estate: FAA regulations, training for operators, privacy concerns. In the linked article you can watch a video from REALTOR mag, in which they sat down with the regulatory analyst from the National Association of Realtors and talked about how things are developing.

Even though drone use is still fairly limited, I do have two properties that include drone views in their virtual tours! You can see them on YouTube, at the links below:

  1. Well, the use of drones in Real Estate will become a reality faster than we think. I took a look at your videos, and you actually have nothing to worry about since most of your drone shots were made on the inside of the house, so no public danger there :) If you are interested in this topic, I suggest that you check out an article that talks about some of the best drone models for real estate business.
